Qualifications

• Experience supervising workshop or manufacturing operations (steel fabrication preferred).
• Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards.
• Confidence using MRP or production tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop operations, ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
• Plan, coordinate, and allocate work in line with the production plan.
• Monitor progress against schedules, adjusting labour and resources as required.
• Ensure compliance with MRP system usage for accurate project tracking.
• Manage changes arising from project variations or unplanned events.
