Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of AML, Fraud, and related regulations.
  • Experience with financial crime systems or transaction monitoring.
  • Ability to handle SQL and data effectively.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Strong planning and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial crime data analysis across datasets.
  • Support optimisation of financial crime systems.
  • Develop management dashboards and reports.

  • Update financial crime policy and frameworks.
  • Support risk-scoring and periodic reviews.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting.
  • Provide peer support and leadership to the team.
  • Deputise for the manager as required.
