Opportunity: Maintenance Coordinator

We are expanding and invite you to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Coordinator. This full-time, permanent role is based in Willerby, with a salary ranging from £25,000 to £27,000 plus annual bonus, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Handling maintenance issues reported by tenants via phone and email.
  2. Identifying problems and determining if contractor intervention or user error is involved.
  3. Coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure prompt repairs, keeping all parties informed, and obtaining necessary consents.
Candidate Qualities

We seek individuals who are:

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and experienced in customer service, responsive to client needs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
  • IT literate.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; a basic understanding of household maintenance is advantageous. Comprehensive training will be provided for suitable candidates with the right qualities.
