A supportive service organization in East Kilbride is looking for a highly motivated Scheduling Assistant. The ideal candidate will support Home Carers in scheduling work for vulnerable individuals while demonstrating strong IT skills and effective communication. This permanent, part-time role offers a salary range of £21,255 to £21,556 per year and involves a rotational shift pattern. Applicants must be adaptable, compassionate, and willing to prioritize tasks to meet varying needs.

Shift Pattern: In accordance with a rotational roster, you will work over a four‑week shift pattern which consists of two weeks day shift and two weeks back shift. Day shift is 6.30 am until 3.30 pm (during weekdays – 7am until 4pm office‑based). Backshift is 3 pm until 11 pm. When not in the office you will work from home.
Shift Pattern Consists Of
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as part of a team who will provide a support service to Home Carers working to support vulnerable people living in the community Council wide. This includes scheduling and allocation of work. There is a requirement to use IT, and you should have an interest and understanding of IT programmes.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation.
Additional increments for working unsocial hours will also apply.
