Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Kitchen Assistant.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present menu items to agreed standards.
• Assist the Kitchen Managers with supervision and coaching of Kitchen Assistants.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area to a high standard.
