Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily night operation of the Hotel to ensure the smooth running of each shift
• Maintain the highest levels of customer service throughout the night shift, ensuring this is reflected in the standard of service given to the Hotel’s guests and visitors at all times
• Respond promptly and be responsible for dealing with any emergency/crisis situation within the hotel at night, acting as the first point of contact for guests and emergency services as per the Hotel’s emergency procedures
• Record any incidents, complaints, and/or problems arising at Night
• Ensure all administration and night audit reports are run on all systems and reconciled and completed to the hotel standard, liaising with relevant departments

• Proven leadership experience within hospitality
• Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams
• Approachable, hands‑on, and passionate about guest experience and team development
• Drive to go above and beyond, in exceeding guest expectations and finding ways to continually improve service.
