What You Will Be Doing

• To meet, greet, and service all guests in a friendly manner, the highest level of customer care and hospitality at all times.
• Ensure the breakfast buffet is fully stocked and well presented at all times.
• Work in an efficient manner to ensure tables are re-laid to standard as soon as possible on a continual basis.
• Ensure all guests receive excellent service and enjoyable breakfast experience.
• To ensure that the breakfast area is thoroughly cleaned after service and tables are cleared and re-set for Lunch service.
• Ensure all tables are cleaned and relayed to the standard, ensuring that all condiments and tableware are highly polished at all times.
