A local government organization in Bournemouth is seeking a qualified Fitness Trainer to deliver and supervise effective exercise sessions. This role requires a recognized fitness qualification and emergency first aid certification. The ideal candidate will engage clients, design training programs, and maintain equipment. The starting salary is £14.13 per hour with a market supplement until May 2027, reflecting the organization's commitment to employee equity. The position offers flexible shifts across various leisure facilities.

The starting salary for this position is £14.13 per hour. A market rate supplement has been awarded to this position which applies until May 2027 and will top up the hourly rate to £22.29 for casual employees, plus Holiday Pay.
Enhancements are also paid on the base rate for hours worked on Bank Holidays, as "night work" (20:00 to 06:00), or if the total weekly hours exceed 37.

To deliver and supervise safe and effective exercise and training sessions to assist clients to achieve their personal fitness and weight goals, contributing to the Health and Wellbeing Strategy of the Council.
