Role: Fitness Instructor

As a Fitness Instructor you will inspire people to train, tailor the workouts to the individual making them fun and effective, ensuring that they use the equipment both effectively and safely. You will manage a varied workload, build people’s trust and confidence, and bring people joy through fitness. You do not need to be an expert to get started – we give all the training and support you need.

Requirements

• Professional related fitness qualification
• Experience of managing a varied workload
• Previous Fitness Operational experience
• Health Promotions experience
• The skill to establish key customer relationships swiftly and appropriately
• Excellent communicator
• Excellent people management skills
• Well developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues

Hours & Salary
