Job summary

A leading intellectual property firm in the UK is seeking a Trade Mark Administrator to support their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in Trade Marks and will be responsible for creating cases, filing applications and managing administrative tasks. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Trade Mark experience.
• Previous administrative experience in a legal or other professional services environment.
• Experience in an Intellectual Property environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Trade Mark Attorneys by creating new Trade Mark cases.
• File Trade Mark applications for clients.
• Provide administrative support during prosecution using the firm's case management system.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good IT skills – including Microsoft Office and Outlook

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
