Do you have a proven track record of working in a busy and dynamic environment, providing legal advice and conducting case work in relation to civil and criminal litigation, and do you want to work in a friendly and supportive environment? If so, apply now for this Litigation Solicitor post.

You will be part of an excellent legal team, providing legal advice and conducting case work (and potentially undertaking advocacy), predominantly in relation to criminal and civil litigation.

You will have conduct of a wide range of civil and criminal matters. These will include civil claims, judicial reviews, inquests, trading standards prosecutions, and education prosecutions etc.

Qualifications
  • Good knowledge and experience of civil and criminal law and practice
  • Ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
  • Clarity in both written and oral communications
  • Ability to communicate a diverse range of personnel / organisations
  • Ability to work within a team and, when necessary, independently
  • Ability to undertake advocacy
