Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ experience in nursing role.
• Previous clinical experience in geriatric, frailty, end of life and dementia care.

• Support and assist in managing the care team during shifts.
• Promote good morale among staff and improve team working.
• Foster relationships with families and keep them informed.
• Complete documentation comprehensively and on time.
