Qualifications

• FA Introduction to Coaching Football Qualification is required.
• FA UEFA C Coaching Qualification is essential for this role.
• Introduction to First Aid qualification is needed.
• Experience in talent identification is important.
• Must provide excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging football sessions for children aged 5-12.
• Ensure the health and safety of all participants.
• Manage attendance records for all children.
• Maintain the club's mission and values in all activities.
• Identify potential talent for the Youth Development Programmes.
