Job summary

Qualifications

• FA Level 1 coaching badge and First Aid qualification are required.
• Experience in identifying talent and delivering customer service.
• Strong IT skills and previous experience working with players and parents.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports providing feedback on players' performance.
• Assist with developmental fixtures during school holidays.
• Log player attendance and attend CPD events for skill development.

Experienced in talent ID

Experience of delivering excellent customer services

IT Skills, including Outlook, Word and Powerpoint

Experience of working with player/parents in football environments
