We are a sports organisation speacialising in various football programmes to help young people grow and develop through each stage of development.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Football Coach role based in South London. The Football Coach will be responsible for designing training sessions, leading team practices, and developing players' skills, tactics, and sportsmanship. Additionally, the Football Coach will manage and motivate players during matches, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive team environment. The role requires close collaboration with players, parents, and other coaching staff to ensure the team achieves its goals while maintaining a strong focus on respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Football Coaching, including creating training programs and providing on-field guidance.
• Strong experience in Coaching and the ability to mentor players of diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Knowledge of Football fundamentals, tactics, and strategies to inspire and develop player performance.
• Effective Communication skills to build rapport, deliver instructions, and maintain clear communication with players and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and ensure skill development in both individual players and the team as a whole.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational capabilities, and a passion for sports and community engagement.
• Relevant coaching certifications and experience in youth or adult football coaching roles are highly beneficial.
• Understanding of sports safety and injury prevention practices is an advantage.
