We Build Trades is at the forefront of marketing and automation solutions for trade and home-service businesses across the UK. Our in-house CRM, Leads Hub, is an essential tool for both our business and our clients. With growing demand, we are looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist to help manage, optimise, and support our Leads Hub platform.

The Opportunity

Join us as our CRM & Automation Specialist and take ownership of the Leads Hub system. You will play a key role in supporting our clients, improving system functionality, and ensuring seamless automation within our CRM. This is an exciting position for someone who loves problem-solving, automation, and working hands-on with a powerful CRM platform.

Note: This position is based in our office with no hybrid or remote working options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage & optimise the Leads Hub CRM (built on Go High Level) to ensure efficiency and smooth operations for both internal use and clients.
  • Provide support & training to clients using Leads Hub, ensuring they understand how to maximise the platform’s potential.
  • Develop and refine automation workflows to streamline lead management, follow-ups, and sales processes.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality, automation errors, and integrations.
  • Monitor & analyse CRM data, providing insights and recommendations to improve automation performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement lead nurturing sequences and customer retention strategies.
  • Keep documentation & SOPs up to date to ensure smooth onboarding for new users.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience with Go High Level (or similar CRM & automation tools) is preferred.
  • A problem-solving mindset—you love tackling system inefficiencies and finding smarter ways to do things.
  • Strong technical ability, including knowledge of CRM integrations, API connections, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests, ensuring smooth onboarding and support.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
