Qualifications

• Passionate and motivated with a love of swimming.
• Able to handle a diverse range of students.
• Willingness to engage in Continuous Professional Development.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety and Operating Procedures.
• Deliver swimming lessons according to the Swim England programme.
• Maintain participant attendance and achievement records.
• Contribute towards timekeeping and efficient class changeovers.
• Engage with participants, parents, and Aquatics Lead as required.

Skills
