We're looking for a junior to midweight copywriter to support our marketing team, crafting clear, customer-first copy across paid marketing, email (CRM), and app touchpoints. You'll work across both acquisition and retention streams, helping to bring in new customers and keep existing ones engaged. You'll write copy that's commercially effective, on-brand, and puts the customer at the heart of every message.
Write/support copy for paid marketing campaigns across Meta and other digital channels to drive new customer acquisition
Write email marketing copy (campaigns, automated flows, and triggered communications) for both acquisition and retention, reaching millions of customers monthly
Craft in-app messaging that drives engagement and conversion, with attention to UX principles and character constraints
Develop retention-focused copy for subscriber value communications, loyalty messaging, and churn mitigation campaigns
Collaborate with CRM, Product, Growth, and Design to deliver copy that meets briefs and commercial objectives across the customer lifecycle
Learn and apply UX writing best practices, ensuring copy is on brand yet conversion-focused
Strong writing skills with a commercial eye for clarity and detail
Basic understanding of UX principles and how copy guides customer journeys
Customer-first mindset – you naturally think about how they'll experience the message
Interest in digital marketing and e-commerce
Comfortable working to briefs, deadlines, and character counts
Collaborative and eager to learn from feedback
Bonus: experience with email marketing platforms and add ons, A/B testing, or app copy
Bonus: experience with workflow tools and collaborative digital workspaces
