Your future team values technical rigour, collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving in highly regulated environments.## Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role, with consideration given to candidates within commutable distance of the Sizewell C in Suffolk.You will lead configuration management across a major nuclear new build programme, shaping how technical baselines are defined, controlled and governed.Working across engineering, programme and supply chain teams, you will ensure configuration arrangements support effective decision-making and project delivery.* Deliver and integrate programme-specific Configuration Management Plans* Define, implement and improve CM standards, procedures and tools* Control configuration items and product configuration information consistently* Establish baselines, manage change and produce configuration status reports* Plan and perform configuration audits supporting governance requirements* Lead CM change control processes through governance to closure* Provide training, coaching and mentoring on configuration management* Support data-centric configuration control across engineering datasets## My profileNuclear experience is **not essential**, but is of course welcome.
