You will provide leadership across a defined section of the Site Delivery footprint, with accountability for capital works delivery and delegated Principal Contractor responsibilities.The role involves leading senior site management teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary delivery across major civil works, networks, buildings, and enabling works.* Lead delivery of complex site scope under delegated Principal Contractor responsibility* Manage Senior Managers across enabling works, major civils, networks, and buildings* Coordinate matrix teams including safety, quality, commercial, and supply chain* Define and manage cross-programme interfaces with civils, conventional and nuclear programmes* Drive delivery to safety, schedule, cost, quality, and technical requirements* Monitor progress, manage risk, and control change across delivery scope* Ensure programme schedules and deliverables are developed and maintained* Apply continuous improvement and embed lessons learned as standard practice* Maintain compliance with CDM regulations, statutory legislation, and site strategiesNuclear experience is not essential, but is of course welcome. If you have worked within a highly regulated environment, your skills and leadership approach are highly transferable and of strong interest to us.We also recognise that the perfect candidate rarely exists.
