Qualifications

• Proven experience in project scheduling within Defence, Shipbuilding, or major Engineering environments.
• Advanced user of SAFRAN Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of EVM, baseline control, and schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using SAFRAN Project.
• Manage baseline changes, dependencies, and critical path across multiple work packages.
• Conduct regular schedule updates, variance analysis, and progress reporting.
• Support Earned Value Management processes and integration of schedule and cost data.
• Provide planning guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
