Qualifications

  • Commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
  • Evidence of working with children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with families to develop community support plans.
  • Provide advice and signposting to multiple families.
  • Understand the Oxfordshire threshold of need and respond to safeguarding concerns.
  • Monitor and manage significant contacts.
  • Complete home/school visits as needed.
