Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Care at Home Worker to join our team working within our Housing Development in the Isle of Mull, in Argyll and Bute. It is an excellent job opportunity for those who live in and around Tobermory and the island of Mull.
As a Care at Home Worker, you will operate on a rota basis between the hours of 7am through to 10pm seven days a week, dropping in on a number of our older and vulnerable adult tenants each day, providing support with daily living tasks and help around the home, meeting the care needs as based on their individual care plans, and spending time with each resident depending on their needs.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential; we provide comprehensive training and support. What matters most is your passion, empathy, and dedication to helping our tenants live their lives to the fullest. Friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping people who need extra support in their own homes is what we seek.
