• Understanding of compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate responsive maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with client representatives.
• Provide leadership and support to engineering teams.
