Qualifications

• Proven experience in field service management, engineering management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical systems; rack and pinion experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience leading and motivating teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
