• 1-2 years’ experience in a consultancy, commercial or analytical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Development team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research for site selection and expansion.
• Assist with presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
• Update internal pipeline trackers and financial summaries.
• Participate in meetings and monitor industry trends.
