We are seeking a dynamic and people‑centred Health & Safety Manager who will lead, influence and elevate safety performance on this flagship project. This is a project-based operational role, ideally suited to those who enjoy working closely with teams, engaging directly with the workforce, and driving meaningful cultural change.
You will champion our Rethinking Safety programme—shifting the focus from traditional compliance-only approaches toward curiosity, collaboration, and understanding how work really happens. This is not about doing more paperwork; it is about doing things differently, with purpose and impact.
