Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
• A committed and organised approach is required.
• Experience of leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Assist residents with personal care activities.
• Lead the shift and manage the medication round.
