The Role

As the Global Outreach and Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing the outreach strategy to drive brand awareness, trust, engaging content, and revenue, while building a strong, engaged global community around the brand. With your finger on the pulse of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new creators, you will identify opportunities for partnerships that support long-term engagement and sustainable growth.

You will play a pivotal role in developing Club L London’s global campaign, outreach, and community-focused partnerships strategy, managing and directing the team. The Global Outreach and Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Director to maximise reach and engagement while strengthening Club L’s brand vision through meaningful creator and brand relationships

We’re looking for someone passionate, forward-thinking, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills. You will have a strong understanding of brand and creators, bringing fresh ideas and new initiatives that drive sales, reach, and brand awareness through authentic, community-led creator partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Curate and execute our overall outreach and partnerships strategy ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, increasing brand vision and growth targets across all key platforms
  • Oversee end-to-end creator and brand partnerships including outreach, negotiations, contracts and delivery of agreed outcomes. Ensuring that all content meets brand guidelines and aligning with the brand vision while also maintaining strong relationships
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to drive reach, engagement and revenue across the UK, US and all key territories
  • Create innovative, best-in-class creator collaborations that deliver high-quality, on-brand content
  • Work cross-functionally to lead projects, align content requirements, channel priorities and manage campaign roll out
  • Performance tracking- Monitoring the success of creator partnerships, analysing metrics & reporting on these on a weekly and monthly basis against key KPIs.
  • Ownership of budgets working closely with the Head of Marketing, ensuring spend is tracked and optimised
  • With a diverse product offering & target audience globally having the ability to conceptualise storytelling in briefs that resonate with the Club L audience, building out structure to adapt briefs per channel, territory & even product area.
  • Build and nurture a creator-led brand community, developing relationships with key creators and advocates who embody the Club L brand, driving sustained loyalty and advocacy.
  • Recruit, lead and develop the team with clear direction, setting quarterly objectives and development plans.
More about you
  • 4+ years experience in growing creator partnerships preferably within Fashion or Beauty
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, brand alignment, creator-led growth strategies
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact content through effective creator collaboration.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting strategies and campaign results to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in analysing campaign performance metrics, drawing actionable insights from data to inform future strategies and optimise content.
  • Ability to identify creators who resonate with the brand, ensuring all partnerships reflect the brand’s vision.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging across platforms and product areas
  • Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing and developing a team, with good work flow & process implementation
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Airtable, & Dropbox is advantageous
