Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Direct calls and/or emails.
  • Manage incoming calls for training course requirements.
  • Manage monthly reports to managers and sales personnel.
  • Operate office equipment: printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Reserve conference rooms and training facilities for meetings and training classes.
  • Organize and schedule training activities, including meetings, and conferences, and online training courses.
  • Maintain office supplies for training facilities.
  • Support time and attendance tracking.
  • Create purchase requisitions for office materials and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent 2-year.
  • Minimum of 2 years related clerical/receptionist/customer service experience is required.
  • Personal characteristics to include, professionalism, honesty, integrity, responsibility, and dependability.
  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, required.
  • Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
