• Proven supervising experience within a healthcare or dental setting.

• Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle human resources tasks such as recruitment, training, appraisals, and performance reviews.
• Maintain financial management responsibilities including budgeting, invoicing, and expense control.
