Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver full ParentAssess parenting assessments.
• Observe and analyze family interactions within a trauma-informed framework.
• Coordinate assessment plans, reviews, and multi-agency meetings.
• Provide reflective supervision and guidance to residential keyworkers.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and good practice standards.
