Social Worker – First Response Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the First Response Team in the London Borough of Harrow. This ongoing locum role offers a competitive hourly rate of £37.52 alongside excellent flexibility. Based on Station Road, Harrow, core hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times available. Part-time and condensed working options can also be considered, allowing you to tailor your role around your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for children in need, including child protection, children in care, public law proceedings, and private law cases as directed by the Court
• Manage assessment, planning, monitoring, and review processes for allocated children and families
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
• Provide timely guidance, support, and intervention to families to achieve positive outcomes
