A leading IT services company is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IdaM) Analyst in Swindon. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite, and is ideal for candidates with a background in IT support or service desk roles. We are looking for a Identity and Access Management (IdaM) Analyst / Support to join a newly formed team supporting core access management services. This role is well suited to someone with a service desk or IT support background who is looking to develop their career within Identity and Access Management.
Reporting to the Internal Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of IAM processes, primarily through resolving access-related tickets and providing a high standard of customer support to internal users.
