Overview

Finance Analyst – Hybrid working with up to 4 days per week working from home. Location: Salford Quays, Manchester M50 3SP; Leeds, Staines or London. 12-month fixed term contract. Salary £39,500 - £43,000 per annum. Full time 37.5 hours per week. Benefits include generous pension scheme and private healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit teams, supporting decisions to achieve profit and growth targets.
• Deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reporting and MI for senior stakeholders.
• Lead analysis of key performance indicators to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to business targets.
• Support planning and forecasting processes, including annual operating plans and rolling forecasts.
• Provide robust financial modelling for new products and propositions.
• Review intermediary performance and commission activity.
• Build strong relationships across Commercial, Product and Actuarial teams.
• Promote best practice within Finance.

What you\'ll bring

• Background in Finance roles
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or working towards qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to model complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing ability.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and team-oriented.
