• Experience working within a children’s residential EBD or therapeutic home.
• Proven ability to lead a shift and supervise a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
• Provide supervision and guidance to residential support workers.
• Lead shifts effectively to ensure safety and wellbeing of young people.
• Work directly with children to build trusting relationships.
• Oversee care planning and record progress.
• Promote safeguarding culture and address incidents appropriately.
