The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 4 in Residential Childcare and experience managing care teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in children's residential care.
• At least 1 year in a senior role.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in delivering high-quality care.
• Lead by example and maintain professional practices.
• Ensure children have risk assessments and behaviour plans implemented.
• Manage incidents effectively.

Skills

Experience managing a staff team within a children’s home

Experience working with children with challenging behaviours
