• Current Executive Head Chef or Head Chef experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food preparation using fresh ingredients.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Work well in a team for cafe, lunch & hospitality serving 3000 daily.
• Produce service food using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch.
• Ensure adherence to company food standards and wastage control.
