Qualifications

• Strong exposure to the London Market or Lloyd's syndicates.
• Minimum three years post-qualification experience in relevant leadership role.
• Ability to explain complex outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead case pricing for complex accounts.
• Act as senior pricing partner to underwriters and directors.
• Own complex pricing decisions and explain clearly to stakeholders.
• Mentor Pricing Managers and Analysts.
• Manage priorities across various business areas as needed.
