A leading cybersecurity firm is hiring a Territory Manager for the South of England to build and execute a Territory Plan, engaging with executive partners and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of IT channel knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in remote roles. Responsibilities include developing business plans and analyzing trends within the cybersecurity market. The position requires frequent travel within the UK and excellent communication skills, alongside a proven track record in the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology work experience with strong knowledge of the UK IT channel.
• Proficiency in developing partner/territory business plans, formulating strategies, and measuring ROI.
• Proven ability to influence senior-level partner executives and principals.
• Experience with 2-Tier channel model.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing virtual sales teams.
• Deep understanding of advanced cybersecurity concepts and solution selling.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding partner quota expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce dashboards and reports is a plus.
• History of working successfully in a remote field position.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity commercial landscape.
• Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Territory Plan for the South of England.
• Serve as an integral part of the channels and alliances team.
• Define partner GTM plans and objectives.
• Engage C-Level and Executive Partners.
• Establish and develop engagements with prospective strategic partners.
• Organize and maintain senior stakeholder engagement.
• Promote partner priorities and programs.
• Drive adoption of SonicWall use cases and sales strategies.
• Analyze cybersecurity market trends.
• Provide partner forecasts on a monthly basis.
• Build strong internal relationships.
• Develop a pipeline for SonicWall’s strategic product lines.
