A leading global consultancy in Ipswich is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage employee relations issues comprehensively. The role involves supporting HR initiatives, advising on legal compliance, and collaborating with HR departments. The ideal candidate has extensive ER experience, strong knowledge of employment law, and proficient skills in MS Office. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations – GB the Employee Relations Specialist will support across all of the WTW Segments [Health, Wealth and Career (HWC), Risk and Broking (R&B) and Corporate but with a slight focus on R&B] in providing an end-to-end employee relations case management for employee relations issues, helping to ensure a fair and consistent approach that aligns with organisational policies and procedures.
This role works in partnership with other Employee Relations Specialists and the Employee Relations Leads to support Managers and helps identify trends, develop HR guidance, common tools, templates and approaches to effectively manage employee relations matters and to meet employment law requirements.
This position will also support on key projects associated with the Employee Relations team and will work in close partnership with Legal, Compliance and HRBPs across GB.
