The ACA Programme

You will be based in our Accounts service line where you\'ll gain valuable commercial insights into how organisations operate and the challenges they face. Your responsibilities will grow as you progress through the programme, with the potential to supervise other trainees by your second year.

Key Responsibilities

Our Accounts team plays a vital role in assisting our clients to achieve their strategic objectives. They support clients to meet technical and compliance needs, including:

• Advising on technical elements of accounting standards
• Ensuring clients have the information needed to make well informed decisions
• Assisting to prepare financial accounts

Using this technical understanding, our Accounts team gain an understanding of our client’s businesses and the individuals behind them. They offer strong strategic advice to ensure clients grow and develop in line with their strategic goals.
