Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their teams in Wheathampstead. The role involves providing support for HR and Learning & Development processes, managing onboarding and recruitment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and IT skills, experience in administrative roles, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This full-time position includes 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, along with ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a care setting.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HRIS and inboxes, responding promptly to all queries.
  • Resolve queries from Home management teams.
  • Manage the Onboarding and Recruitment process for new starters.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
  • Handle Learning and Development inquiries efficiently.
