Responsibilities

• Handle all types of property transactions for developers and investors.
• Manage sales and acquisitions effectively.
• Provide asset management services including landlord & tenant matters.
• Prepare CLLS Certificates of Title and manage conditions precedent.
• Collaborate with other teams on complex matters.
• Build and maintain client relationships as needed.
