A leading independent school located in Edinburgh is seeking a motivated Payroll and HR Administrator. This part-time, permanent position requires strong experience in payroll processes, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Payroll processes is essential.
  • Able to plan, prioritise and organise workload to handle busy periods and meet all deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and administer the accurate delivery of payroll and pension services.
  • Ensure staff are paid correctly and on time.
  • Support HR Team with recruitment and employee changes.
