A leading auction house in Greater London is looking for a Post-Sale Coordinator. This role involves ensuring clients receive high-quality service after auctions, coordinating shipping logistics, and managing communications between clients and shipping partners. As the Post-Sale Coordinator in the Luxury Departments, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service following an auction. You will support the Post-Sale Service Manager in providing an efficient, organised, and compliant after-sales experience. The role includes coordinating relevant paperwork for import and export, supporting clients with shipping logistics, and working closely with multiple internal departments and external partners.
Your focus will be on delivering seamless post-sale services for the Luxury departments Jewellery, Watches, Handbags at our Knightsbridge and New Bond Street locations, helping to build lasting relationships with clients by ensuring smooth and timely delivery of their purchases.
