Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Project Manager to join its Clinical Trials Regulatory Strategic Execution team. The successful candidate will have a blend of strategic project management, communications, and change management skills. Responsibilities include managing projects, ensuring adoption of organisational changes, and leading improvement initiatives. Candidates must possess 5 GCSEs and 96 UCAS points. The role offers a competitive salary of £20,500 per annum along with various employee benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, including maths and English.
  • At least 96 UCAS points from 2 A Levels or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects related to CTRSE.
  • Ensure organisation-wide changes are understood and adopted.
  • Communicate clearly and engagingly to align with Pfizer’s mission.
  • Manage projects to streamline essential business processes.
  • Lead meetings and present innovative ideas.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively both alone and in a close-knit team environment
Ability to problem-solve; question, analyse and propose innovative solutions
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing business environment
Excellent planning and organization skills
Technically competent in Microsoft Office
Cultural awareness of global diversity

Education

5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above including mathematics and English
Minimum 96 UCAS points from a minimum of 2 A Level subjects
BSc Project Manager (to be delivered)
