A leading home improvement retailer is seeking a New Stores and Refits Night Support Manager to oversee night refit operations across the UK. The role demands strong leadership skills, knowledge of merchandising standards, and the ability to maintain health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will hold a full UK Driving Licence and an FLT Licence, and have experience in high-pressure environments. We are seeking a New Stores and Refits Night Support Manager to oversee and execute our night-time refit operations across the country, for a period of 12 months.
This is a national role with a mandatory requirement for the successful candidate to hold a full UK Driving Licence as well as an FLT Licence (Counterbalance & Reach trucks). A company car will be provided if the candidate does not own one.
The typical pattern is 8 weeks per store, working 4 consecutive 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) followed by 4 consecutive days off (4 on, 4 off). This pattern may occasionally include weekends.
