Hours: 36/42
Salary: £12.30 to £12.30 Hour
The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility? Buckfield House has well trained and experienced staff who can support people with autism, dual diagnosis of autism and learning disability with challenging behaviour, and other complex needs. The staff team are friendly, conscientious and very committed to supporting the people in their care to live happy, meaningful lives. Staffing levels are assessed and maintained according to the individual needs of the people we support. Buckfield House is situated on the outskirts of the market town of Leominster with its beautiful priory church. There are supermarkets and specialist shops, a hospital, GP and dental services, sports, leisure and educational facilities as well as a bus terminal and main-line rail station which connects to Shrewsbury, London Paddington and the Midlands.
