A leading children's care provider is seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in Albrighton. 📍 Location: Albrighton
💷 Salary: £36,231 – £40,640 including up to 4 sleep-ins per month (base £30,991 – £35,400)
⏰ Working Hours: Full-time, rota-based; occasional sleep-ins required
💰 Hourly Rate: Based on salary and sleep-ins
🛌 Number of Sleeps Required: Up to 4 per month
💷 Pay Per Sleep: £80 per sleep
🏠 Service: Children’s Home – SEMH / Therapeutic Residential Care
👧🧒 Service Users: Children & Young People with SEBD, emotional and behavioural difficulties
🎓 Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); support provided to achieve Level 3 if not held
📆 Experience in Years Required: Experience in residential childcare preferred, particularly with SEBD
📄 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
